These Website Terms govern your use of empowerailabs.dev and its booking experience. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. About the website
Empower AI Labs LLC provides information about managed AI employee assessment, configuration, governance, training, and support services. Website content is general information and may change as services, technology, and availability evolve.
2. No professional advice
Website content is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, cybersecurity, compliance, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining qualified advice appropriate to your business, industry, systems, and jurisdiction.
3. Booking a call
Scheduling or attending an introductory call does not create a client, fiduciary, employment, partnership, agency, or other professional relationship. We may decline or reschedule a meeting, and either party may decide not to proceed.
Do not place confidential, regulated, proprietary, or highly sensitive information in booking questions. A general description of the business problem is sufficient.
4. Pricing and availability
Prices, founding offers, service descriptions, timing estimates, and availability displayed on the website are informational and may change. They are not a binding offer. Final scope, fees, third-party costs, responsibilities, timing, case study permissions, and cancellation terms must be documented in a separate written agreement.
Third-party AI platforms and connected services may charge separate subscription or usage fees. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, those services are contracted and billed directly to the client.

Examples describe capabilities and possible uses, not guaranteed outcomes. Results depend on the selected systems, data quality, access, staff participation, business processes, provider availability, and other factors. We do not guarantee revenue, savings, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or a particular business result.
6. Third-party services
The website and booking experience may rely on or link to third-party services, including Cloudflare, Cal.com, connected calendar providers, video services, and font providers. We do not control their availability, security, content, or policies. Your use of a third-party service is also governed by its own terms.
7. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that creates unreasonable load, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or use the booking system for spam, harassment, or fraudulent reservations.
